I offer a trauma-sensitive and compassionate approach that gently facilitates a profound relaxation in body and mind through the release of any blocks, tensions, restrictions, and dis-ease. Gradually clients become more at peace and present in their bodies, making it far easier to manage stress and difficult emotions, and to take back agency in their life.
I give special attention to the client's sense of safety. It's important to always go at your nervous system's pace, allowing any defences to gradually soften in their own time. A calming environment that is free of pressure and judgement is required for deeper levels of healing.
