A Few Minutes Walk from Basingstoke Hospital. New Clients Welcome.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet profound, non-invasive healing modality that uses light touch to engage deeply and subtly with what the body is ready to reveal, express, and then let go of. Anything that may be restricting the natural flow of health can be detected, and then encouraged to move and dissipate without force or manipulation. CST is therefore very effective at helping release stress and tension from mind and body, calm and regulate the nervous system, and bring about an overall sense of harmony and well-being in one's life.

Training
I am a Registered Cranio-Sacral Therapist (R.C.S.T.) and Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapist (I.B.C.S.T.), having completed my training at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London. I am CNHC registered, a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association, insured through Holistic Insurance Services, and First Aid trained.
I have also completed training in two postgraduate courses:
1) Trauma.
2) Distant Cranio-Sacral Integration (DCSI) 1 & 2.
I'll soon be training in how to use CST for Neuro-diversity and Autism.
My Areas of Speciality
While I love supporting anyone coming to me, no matter their background or symptomology, I am especially knowledgeable and skilled in those areas I've explored deeply within myself. Given my personal history with adoption, different types of abuse, and boarding school, I have a particular interest in supporting those who have experienced similar types of relational wounding and developmental trauma - abandonment/rejection, bullying, homesickness, narcissistic injury, hierarchies/power dynamics, feeling alone and unwanted, not fitting in, etc. - and assisting them in nurturing more compassion and acceptance towards themselves, as indeed I am still learning to do.
